1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed with CartZilla LLC are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Destinations

At this time, CartZilla LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to customers within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after processing)

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order is shipped, not necessarily from the time you place your order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Correct Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. CartZilla LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

CartZilla LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
