 Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original tags and labels must be attached. Please ensure footwear is tried on indoors and does not show any signs of wear if you intend to return it.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to maintain product quality, items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are not in their original, resellable condition may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@cartzilla.com. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.

 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cartzilla.com or +18595235130 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund. In such cases, CartZilla LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
